TERMS OF SERVICE
This is a binding agreement between BitcoFarm and you as a member, user, advertiser. By using the Internet site located at www.BitcoFarm.com (the “Site”) or any services provided in connection with the Site (the “Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by BitcoFarm from time to time in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Service unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. You agree that by using the service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1. It is prohibited to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Guarding your account is your responsibility, and we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account due to password management issues.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your PPal account which must be unique and not shared with any another user.
1.4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.
1.5. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. BitcoFarm will not modify any user account upon request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2. FORUMS & GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
2.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
2.2. You can post in the forums upon completing the registration process and logging in.
2.3. Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. BitcoFarm will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members of BitcoFarm or BitcoFarm staff/ associates.
2.4. You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
2.5. Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers / exchange/ money requests and the offer or request of services are not allowed on BitcoFarm. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated posts/topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.
2.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against BitcoFarm and / or BitcoFarm staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
2.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to BitcoFarm, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.
3. REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer unlimited number of people.
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a correct info and unique email address.
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4. All referrals are real members who recently registered on BitcoFarm with genuine interest. Members haven't got the option to delete their inactive referrals.
3.5. You may only earn referral upgrade bonus from the directly assigned referrals via your affiliate link as well as from the ones purchased via BitcoFarm.
3.6. Changing the up-line is not allowed.
3.7. Members are given bonus by their referrals upgrade, as a promotion and this promotion is subject to change without further notice.
4. PAYMENTS TO USERS
4.1. All payments will be made via PPal only. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request a limited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request is subject to Smart Payment System.
4.2. BitcoFarm reserves the right to update the earnings of a member prior sending the payment. All payments will be made within 48 hours.
4.3. Payment fee (0.50$ + %10) will be deducted due to PPal merchant services.
4.4. You can only request one payment at a time. You are not allowed to have multiple PPal accounts. Changing PPal account is prohibited (unless it is misspelled) in order to avoid possible hack/withdrawal actions.
4.5. You must have a correct and verified PPal account in your own name. All payments will go directly to the user's email address and cannot be canceled or sent again. To have your payment sent by PPal, make sure you are logged in from a country where PPal allows members to receive money to their accounts.
4.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
4.7. Users must accept the payments made to their PPal accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
4.8. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no limitations for investment and/or withdrawals. Investments from limited or frozen payment processor accounts will be automatically denied. Withdrawals to limited or frozen accounts will be denied and will not be refunded to your BitcoFarm’s main balance. Member can not change his/her registered PPal id upon getting limited by PPal.
4.9. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
4.10. Users must be reach up to 250 clicks before withdraw their first cashout.
4.11. Maximum cashout amount depends on yesterday's deposits, account type and cashouts on the current day.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
5.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
5.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses the name of BitcoFarm for any unrelated services is not tolerated. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Advertised website should be able to support high traffic per second.
5.3. Members are recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to high speed internet with unique IP .
5.4. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed. By advertising your website, you authorize BitcoFarm to display your content publicly.
6. PAYMENTS TO BITCOFARM
6.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the "Account" section of BitcoFarm. No other method of payment will be accepted.
6.2. All payments made via PPal must be from verified accounts, any failure to correspond this requirement will be denied and the amount will be refunded back to your account.
6.3. All chargebacks or failed transactions made on your payments will lead to suspension of an account.
7. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
7.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
7.2. BitcoFarm will be monitoring all hacking attempts and may take legal action in respond.
7.3. Using any sort of programs that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.
7.4. Any attempts of piracy and/ or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. BitcoFarm have the right to suspend any account at any time for a valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service. Moreover, any misuse of Upgrade bonus rewards will lead to the reversals of bonus rewards. Members are not allowed to offer cashbacks to the ones who have no genuine interest in becoming a member. If detected, these members will be removed from their uplines.
8.2. Once an account is temporarily suspended, all the balances will be reset, and after permanant suspension all the referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given.
8.3. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses.
8.4. After 10 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1. The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.
9.2. The purchase of exposure packages and clicks for your ads are non-refundable.
9.3. The purchase of exposure packages for your banners are non-refundable.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. BitcoFarm will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to BitcoFarm and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. BitcoFarm reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3. BitcoFarm will not be held responsible for any losses of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
10.4. BitcoFarm is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
